This policy explains what information Zombie Trend AI ("we", "us") collects when you use zombietrendai.org, how we use it, who processes it for us, and the choices you have.
- Account information: your name, email address, email verification status and profile image if you add one. For email-and-password accounts we store a password hash, never the password itself.
- Google sign-in: if you sign in with Google, we receive your email address, name and profile image from Google.
- Photos you upload: the photo you choose for a video (JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 4 MB).
- Generated videos and generation records: the videos made for you, plus the effect, video length, status, credit cost and time of each generation.
- Credits and purchases: your credit balance and purchase records, such as the pack, amount, currency, date, status and PayPal order and transaction IDs.
- Security and technical information: session identifiers, IP address and browser (user-agent) information used to keep you signed in, limit abuse and fix errors. Our hosting provider also processes standard request logs.
- Emails with us: messages you send to support and the email address you send them from.
We use this information to create and secure your account, generate and store your videos, process payments and keep your credit balance accurate, send account emails (such as email verification and password reset), answer support requests, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our Terms of Service and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use your photos or videos to train AI models.
- Uploaded photos and generated videos are stored privately in Cloudflare R2. They are not public, and only your signed-in account can view or download them through the site.
- To generate a video, we give our AI provider, Kie.ai, a short-lived signed link to your photo (it expires within an hour), together with the selected effect. Kie.ai runs the MiniMax H3 video model and returns the finished video, which we copy into our private storage. Kie.ai processes the photo and video under its own terms and retention practices.
- Profile pictures are different: an avatar you upload is stored at a public link so it can be displayed. Do not use a sensitive image as your avatar.
We use these providers to run Zombie Trend AI. They process information only as needed to provide their services to us:
- Cloudflare: website hosting and Workers, private R2 storage for photos and videos, avatar storage, rate limiting, security checks (Turnstile) and delivery of email sent to our support address.
- Neon: our Postgres database for account, credit, generation and purchase records.
- Kie.ai: AI video generation using the MiniMax H3 model, as described above.
- PayPal: payment processing. PayPal collects your payment details directly; we never see your card or bank details. PayPal's Privacy Statement applies to the information you give PayPal.
- Resend: sending account emails from noreply@mail.zombietrendai.org.
- Google: sign-in, if you choose Google, and the mailbox we use to read and answer support email.
These providers may process information in countries other than your own, including the United States.
We only use cookies and browser storage needed to run the site, such as keeping you signed in and remembering display preferences. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising cookies. PayPal's own checkout may set cookies when you pay. See our Cookie Policy for details.
- Photos and videos are kept privately in your account until you delete your account. There is currently no button to delete a single photo or video; to have one deleted, email support@zombietrendai.org from your account email address.
- Account, credit and generation records are kept while your account exists.
- Purchase records are kept after account deletion, without the link to your account, for accounting, tax and fraud prevention.
- Support emails are kept as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up.
You can delete your account in Settings → Security. You may need to sign in again first, and deletion is not available while a video is still being generated. When you delete your account:
- your account, sign-in sessions, credit balance and generation history are deleted from our database, and any remaining credits are lost;
- we delete your uploaded photos, generated videos and profile picture from our storage. If a storage step fails, it is logged so we can finish the cleanup;
- purchase records are kept without the link to your account, as described above.
Copies may remain for a limited time in provider backups and logs, and with Kie.ai under its own retention practices.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict some processing. You can update your profile in Settings, delete your account yourself, or email support@zombietrendai.org for any other request. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Zombie Trend AI is not intended for children under 13, and children under 13 should not create an account. Photos of minors may only be uploaded with the consent of their parent or legal guardian.
We use encrypted connections, private storage, expiring links and access checks to protect your information. No online service is completely secure, so please use a strong password and keep your sign-in details private.
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is significant, we will take reasonable steps to let you know.
